It just states it failed during manual update, Then I try again and it updates. Today I did not manually update it and later I checked and it automatically updated it. my old xp box keeps giving me this message, up on update.
What happens is it checks for updates then it downloads updates then it sits on the processing for a while then it fails.
I run it again it downloads 1 update and tells me that my product is up to date. Why does it fail on the processing part quite often?
Hi All, For the last month or so I have not been able to receive LU's on my machines.
One is my main computer, an HP Win 8.1 64-bit, 2nd a Compaq Win 7 32-bit, last a Toshiba Laptop Win 8.1 64-bit.
I've uninstalled and re-install the product and for 3days everything was OK and it happened again within automatically updating the product after required restart.
